-       Advanced reservation must be made directly to DRAGOON YACHT email or contacts and it’s subject to availability.

-       DRAGOON YACHT will not be responsible for any booking made without prior confirmation from DRAGOON YACHT, by email at info@dragoon-yacht.com or by WhatsApp at +62 858 0305 3226.

-       Dragoon Yacht won’t take any responsibility for guests who have any specific health conditions. Our boat is not recommended for pregnant women or people with serious heart problems.  

-       The above special rates are valid for all markets.

-       The above special rates are inclusive of 10% government tax.

-       Cash basis – a cash system payment by agent or affiliate upon confirmation, the guest must present the original voucher upon check-in at our embarkation point.

-       Payments may be transferred directly to our bank account. Kindly send a copy of the bank transfer slip to indicate that your payment has been made.

-       100% will be charged for any cancellation made within 7 days.

-       50% will be charged for any cancellation made within 14 days.

-       In case of cancellation related to force majeure cause, the company will reschedule the event to the first possible date according with the client needs.

-       Our insurance scheme will not cover guests for pre-existing health conditions.

-       We will not be responsible for the loss or subsequent damage of guest’s personal belonging while joining the cruise.

-       Children are welcome in all excursion but should be accompanied by parents or adult.

-       To Children under 10 years old will be applied 50% discount on the full price.
